How to Help

How you can help

NO ONE CAN ACCOMPLISH ANY GREAT TASK ALONE. That’s why you—yes, YOU—are such a vital part of this ministry and of the lives of those around you. There are several ways you can join Domestic Missionaries in its mission:

Collect Hygiene Items
Set up a collections box or drive for hygiene items such as deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, shampoo, conditioner, washcloths, lip balm and razors. Once the items are collected, you can contact us for pickup (local area only), or mail the items to: Domestic Missionaries, P.O. Box 4815, Crestline, CA  92325.

Please note: If you or your co-workers travel, you can begin collecting all the “trial-size/hotel” shampoos, lotions, and soaps to donate for use in hygiene kits for the homeless.

Make a Donation
Financial donations as well as contributions of the following items will help us continue to minister to those on the street and in prison, as well as no- and low-income individuals and families:

• $5 food cards (McDonald’s, Del Taco or Subway)
• Hygiene items (Deodorant, toothpaste, toothbrushes, soap, razors, etc.)
• Bibles
• Devotionals
• Men’s crew socks
• Pocket-sized first aid kits (e.g., small bandages, antiseptic ointment)
• Rain ponchos
• Blankets
• Book bags and drawstring backpacks

Please contact us for donation pickup (local area only) or mail items to: Domestic Missionaries, P.O. Box 4815, Crestline, CA  92325.

Financial donations can be made online (see “Make a Donation” button below) or by mail (checks payable to “Domestic Missionaries”) to: Domestic Missionaries, Inc., P.O. Box 4815, Crestline, CA  92325. Thank you for your support!

Your support helps fuel the mission

Volunteer
Volunteers can help with homeless, prison, and food ministry outreaches, special collection drives (e.g. coats and blankets for winter), special events, and projects such as our annual Christmas wrapping party. Please contact us or view our Volunteer Page for more information.

Pray
Prayers are needed for the ministry, its leaders, its volunteers, and those who are served. Please pray for the Lord’s blessing, protection, provision, and guidance for this ministry and its leaders. Please pray for His blessing, protection, and provision for its volunteers. Please also consider being a “prayer warrior” who prays for the needs of those served. Prayer requests from the monthly outreaches are posted on the Street People Homeless Outreach Facebook page, the Pilot Rock Facebook page, and the Jubilee Facebook page.

Join Us for Weekly Fellowship
Our Jubilee Mountain Fellowship program serves as a place of fellowship for followers of Jesus Christ who are committed to the local mission field—whether that field is their town, their neighborhood, their workplace, or their school. We meet weekly for Sunday worship and Tuesday bible study, and also participate in a variety of outreach activities together.

Tell Others About Us
Please tell your family, friends, co-workers, and others about us. Ask your pastor or service organization leader to invite Domestic Missionaries to make a presentation at your church or service group’s location (Southern California only at this time). Please also watch our website for announcements about upcoming events, developing programs and future workshops.

Thank you!
